The Minority Report Group is excited to announce the inaugural Conversations for Change Summit, our DE&I gathering for change makers.

Hosted in London, at the TATE Britain on June 18th 2025, the one-day programme brings together a cross-section of leading voices and impactful thinkers, who will encourage attendees to unlock the value of shaping inclusive culture for diverse communities across the fashion, retail and technology landscape.

The theme for this year's Conversations for Change Summit is BELONGING.

Belonging is a topic that has been at the centre of many DE&I conversations this past 12 months, with many questions about how we can create a culture where it is central and not an afterthought.

At its core, belonging can impact our consumers just as much as those who work within our organisations, and as such we will explore belonging under the umbrellas of community, commerce and culture, through a series of panels, workshops and insightful conversations.

Ready to join us for the inaugural Conversations for Change summit? Then book your tickets now.

Who should attend?

The Conversations for Change summit is a DE&I launchpad and space for ideas where people from varying levels of seniority, expertise and backgrounds can convene to advance inclusive and equitable change for diverse communities across the fashion, retail and tech sectors.

We believe that everyone harnesses the power to be a changemaker, so whether you are a student, human resources professional, or a member of the senior leadership or C-suite team, this summit will help to inspire and shape your professional and personal DE&I journey for 2025 and beyond.

11:30

Panel: The Impact of Social Impact

Social impact is by definition a way to address social injustice and challenges, so in 2020 when a rallying call for change was made, it became the de facto solution for many large and some small organisations to outwardly do some visible good. Five years on, how are organisations building on this output, what positive impact are they and their beneficiaries seeing, and how should more companies lean into creating change through this medium?

In this exciting session Vogue Business Reporter Maliha Shoaib will sit down with Jakhya Rahman-Corey, Director of the Swarovski Foundation, Pascale Montaner, Executive Director, The Kurt Geiger Kindness Foundation and Chantal Khoueiry, Chief Culture Officer at The Bicester Collection.

12:00

Panel: Closing the Socio-economic Gap in the Workplace

In this panel discussion, we invite guest speakers Sophia Johnson, Head of Business by Design Academy, the Kurt Geiger Foundation, Josie Dorbin OBE, Executive Chair and Co-Founder, Creative Access, and Nick Harrison, CEO, the Sutton Trust, to share their thoughts and insights into the challenges that talent from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds are facing, and how we in creative industries and beyond can create cultural change to level the playing field for people across the country, and how it can "kickstart our economic growth" in the process.

12:45

Lunch and Networking

13:45

Panel: Challenging Disability Exclusion - Accessible Product

Why is disability inclusion the last frontier of the DE&I journey?

In this session led by disability advocate, Sian Lord we speak with Victoria Jenkins, CEO & Founder, Unhidden, and Yasmin Keats, Executive Director, Open Style Labs, about how they are working to better serve and represent the disabled community into their product offering and shopping experience, and what still remains to be done in this space.

14:30

Challenging Size Exclusion: Redefining the Standard

Hosted by Vogue Business editor Kirsty McGregor, this dynamic panel will confront the persistent lack of size inclusivity in the fashion industry. From design limitations and retail representation to systemic barriers impacting both consumers and professionals, the conversation will unpack the industry’s slow progress and the tangible challenges that remain.

Featuring model, presenter and creative consultant, James Corbin, and Lara Mazzoni, CEO & Co-Founder, Bodi.Me, the panel will spotlight those championing meaningful change—and explore how true inclusivity can become a standard, not a statement.

Keynote: Consciously Curating Culture with Tosin Adeosun

16:00

Building Culturally Relevant Brands in Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle

In a world where identity and representation shape cultural movements and consumer choices, brands can no longer afford to be tone-deaf or performative. This thought-provoking talk explores the art and responsibility of curating consciously relevant brands in today’s dynamic fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.

We speak with Cora Delaney, Founder EYC Ltd, and Miyon Im VP Editorial & Design LYST, delving into the transformative potential of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as more than just corporate jargon — but as a framework for authentic brand storytelling and connection. Attendees will discover how brands can create meaningful resonance by embracing ethnicity, gender identity, religion, body diversity, neurodiversity, and other lived experiences not as marketing checkboxes, but as integral parts of their DNA.

16:30

Dazed Dialogues: Youth Culture

Join us for an engaging Q&A with Izzy Farmiloe, Group Brand Strategy Director, Dazed Studio, and Halima Jibril, Culture Editor, Dazed Magazine, as they delve into the dynamic landscape of youth culture. At nearly 35 years old, the media giant is still at the forefront of driving and shaping narratives, but what do they see their community connect with in an ever-changing landscape of trends, values, and interests.
